Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Abrish, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If things aren't quite right, here is how we can help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You can request an exchange or return within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your parcel.

  • Condition: The fabric must be unwashed, uncut, and unused. It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Valid Reasons: We accept returns if:

    • The product is damaged or defective.

    • The wrong item or color was sent.

    • The product does not match the description on the website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have already been stitched or altered.

  • Sale or "Clearance" items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are received damaged.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Timeline: Refunds are usually processed within [e.g., 5-7 working days].

  • Mode of Payment: * For Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your Bank Account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash details for the transfer.

    • For Online Payments: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Our Mistake: If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), abrishclothe.com will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item for personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team via Email or WhatsApp with the following details:

Subject: Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]

Details: Please include photos of the item and the reason for the return.
